While seven to eight hours of uninterrupted sleep each night is generally the most effective way to maintain a high level of energy throughout the day, there may be other factors involved that rob the body of precious energy resources.
Vitamin and mineral deficiencies, excess toxins in the body, and certain lifestyle related choices, can lead to imbalances in the body that significantly impair one’s ability to produce energy. These imbalances will also negatively impact the body’s ability to cope with stressors, ward off disease, and fight infections.
A program will be developed to restore balance to the body through any or all of the following methods:
